| Jeff Siemon |
| Division Director |
|
Jeff is a graduate of Simon Greenleaf School of Law (M.A. in Christian
Apologetics, 1984) and Stanford Univ. (B.A. 1972). In 1972 Jeff began
an 11-year career with the Vikings that included four trips to the Pro
Bowl and three Super Bowls.
In 1984, Jeff began work as the
Minnesota Search Area Director. Jeff and his wife, Dawn, have four
grown children and live in Edina.

| Bill Mast |

|
Bill serves as Area Director for Search Ministries. In addition to
cultivating a ministry of outreach through Search Ministries, Bill
directs leadership development for small group leaders in the Twin
Cities. He is a graduate of South Dakota State University (B.S., 1976)
and Ohio State University (M.S., 1978). He and his wife, Barb,
have served on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ for 8 years and
Bill also spent 2 years as a Regional Conference Director with Promise
Keepers.
Bill and Barb have three sons, Josiah, Jesse and Zachary, and make their home in Oakdale.

| Mike Minich |

|
Mike joined the Search staff on a part-time basis in January, 2001.
Simultaneously, he began full-time coursework at Bethel Theological
Seminary. Mike graduated in 2004 and, since then, has been with Search
on a full-time basis! Before that he had a 12-year career in corporate
and event marketing/management, and then moved into vocational ministry
as the director for Minnesota Fellowship of Christian Athletes
(1996-2000). He completed his undergraduate coursework at Indiana
University.
Mike and his wife, Margo, moved to Minnesota shortly after their
marriage in 1988. They have four children, Jillian, Adam, Jordan and
Charlotte and live in Shakopee. |

| BJ Pedersen |
| Area Director |
|
BJ is a graduate of Bethel Seminary (M.Div. in 1995) and University of St. Thomas (MBA in 1986). After a career in sales and marketing, BJ entered full-time ministry in 1988. He has served as both youth and senior pastor for a number of years. His ministry involvement has primarily been in Scandinavia, his native home.
BJ is married to Nicole from Minnesota and they have two teenage children, Lindi and Lucas. |

| Jim Freeman |
| Chief Operating Officer |
|
Jim manages our operations part-time. He is a graduate of Arizona State
University (B.A., 1975) and worked in the business world as a vice
president of sales and marketing for a couple decades.
Jim and his wife, Carol, have two children, Elizabeth and Jim, and live in Minnetonka.

Pat assists all of us with our various administrative responsibilities as she has been on staff with Search since 1998.
Pat and her husband, Joe, have two children, Andrew and Alex, and live in Edina.
